Belongings are sorted methodically into salvage, donate, and dispose categories, with the client involved in decisions wherever possible.
Any biohazard material uncovered during the sort gets flagged and handled under the same certified protocols as any other biohazard call.
We check for structural and mold issues as sorting progresses, since these are often hidden until items are moved.
We coordinate directly with pest control when infestation is found, so it's addressed as part of the same project.
Once sorting is complete, affected areas receive a full sanitization pass to address any biological contamination uncovered.
We handle logistics for donation and disposal so the family isn't left managing hauling separately.
